Our leather is designed to be treated rough—used and abused—its true beauty comes out as it ages and develops a rich patina. Don’t worry about tossing your bag in the trunk or on the floor; it only gets better with use.
If you'd like to be proactive in the aging process, use leather lotion and protectors. Clean your leather with a soft, damp cloth and apply a leather conditioner periodically to keep it in top condition.
Our leather is naturally water-resistant, but it is not fully waterproof. While it can withstand light moisture or rain, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. If your leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally and apply a leather conditioner to restore its natural oils.
Very happy with my purchase. The bag is excellent quality and large enough for my week-long business trips. The leather is strong, yet supple. It has a great feel and high quality stitching. I had my business logo engraved in it and it looks great. The shipping was delayed a bit due to the engraving, but when I contacted customer service they responded very quickly and kindly. It shipped very fast once it was out of the engraving queue and actually sent. Thanks Hides Team. I will certainly be shopping here again for any of my leather needs.

It took a while to arrive, however! It is a beautiful great quality leather duffle. We got 2 duffles and got them engraved and are excited to use these quality pieces for weekend trips.

Happy with product. Leather needs to be conditioned right out of the box. Holes on strap weren't punched through to size. Needed to fix that before use. shipping was late but understandable given it's Christmas. 60L bag is huge :)

I have used my 60L and it will take clothing and shoes for 3 to 5 days. I took it on a southwest flight and because it's a soft bag and I had a little room, it fits into the carryon size with a little squeeze. Easily fit into the overhead compartment. I get lots of compliments and the personalized engraving of my initials and logo are such. great touches. Huge fan.

The handle and strap are also well crafted, the buttons to close the handles together are exactly what I was hoping.
