The bag looks just as pictured. Leather quality is great, and sizing options are accurate. There is lots of room for all of my commuting essentials (laptop, notebook, cosmetic pouch, wallet and more) and the bag offers lots of spots for organization.
I did exchange the medium size for the large to better fit a 14" laptop, and the exchange process was seamless. Thank you for the great customer service!

Purchased the XL cross body tote. This is a great quality bag. I was skeptical about ordering the XL, but glad I did! Also love that it zips up! This was a big selling point for me..The leather is going to wear very nicely. I have been a roots leather fan for many years and I’ve now been converted!
