Simply mail your item back in brand new condition, unused, shipped within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refund once the item has been received. Our leather is designed to be treated rough—used and abused—its true beauty comes out as it ages and develops a rich patina. Don’t worry about tossing your bag in the trunk or on the floor; it only gets better with use.
If you'd like to be proactive in the aging process, use leather lotion and protectors. Clean your leather with a soft, damp cloth and apply a leather conditioner periodically to keep it in top condition.
Our leather is naturally water-resistant, but it is not fully waterproof. While it can withstand light moisture or rain, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. If your leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally and apply a leather conditioner to restore its natural oils.
