I bought my first Hides bag about two years ago, the extra large cross body tote, and I've never looked back. I'll never buy anything else other than Hides bags. The mini tote is perfect for everyday use, while out walking, it's not heavy and fits more than expected, especially since I am the bigger bag the better I'm hooked, and now my friends are too!

I was looking for a purse that was bigger than a belt bag but not giant. I also wanted to support a Canadian company and this is it! The Bordeaux colour is stunning and the quality of leather appears really good. The bag is soft and very functional. It’s easy to carry and hangs nicely on my body with the full strap. My only wish is that it came with what I think is a pass through full body strap instead of a bucket just for comfort and more adjustability. It’s not a deal breaker though. I love good quality leather products and this definitely fits the bill. If you are on the fence, get off and order already!

I was looking for a purple/maroon purse to replace an old one my wife had that was falling apart. Turned out such a colour is a rare find these days, HIDES was the sole retailer that had anything in the colour-range I was looking for. The bordeaux colour is indeed a rare find that works as a great accent piece. After a few weeks now of my wife using it, she has repeatedly shared how perfect the size and utility of the purse is. A line from her: "It holds way more than I expected at first glance; my old purse now feels pointlessly large". I'll also say the craftsmanship of the leatherwork is artisan-level. Extremely well-made with high-quality leather. There's no mistaking the genuine leather simply by the rich leather musk that fills your nostrils upon initially opening the box and canvas bag it arrives in. I'm glad I discovered HIDES right before Christmas as the purse was a perfect high-quality gift at a suprisingly affordable price. Bravo HIDES. Purchase with confidence.
