Simply mail your item back in brand new condition, unused, shipped within 30 days of delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing refund once the item has been received. Our leather is designed to be treated rough—used and abused—its true beauty comes out as it ages and develops a rich patina. Don’t worry about tossing your bag in the trunk or on the floor; it only gets better with use.
If you'd like to be proactive in the aging process, use leather lotion and protectors. Clean your leather with a soft, damp cloth and apply a leather conditioner periodically to keep it in top condition.
Our leather is naturally water-resistant, but it is not fully waterproof. While it can withstand light moisture or rain, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. If your leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally and apply a leather conditioner to restore its natural oils.
Very happy with the bag. I got the small, saddle color backpack. It has more pockets than I can fill! Exactly as pictured. Beautiful bag and beautifully made. I assume the more I use it, the softer it will get.
There was a delay in getting the bag. I wrote in and got a response immediately. There was a quality control issue with the stitching. They sent another asap.

The bag looks just as pictured. Leather quality is great, and sizing options are accurate. There is lots of room for all of my commuting essentials (laptop, notebook, cosmetic pouch, wallet and more) and the bag offers lots of spots for organization.

Neither the leather nor the fasteners, pockets, etc. show the smallest wear. I opened this black tech pack and the quality, the seaming, the fasteners, the lining, all are as the first--Beautiful, elegant, and artfully created! Bravo, Hides people!
This has been my main purse for about 5 years now. It still looks great! I got it on Etsy years ago at a cheaper price. I am glad this company is still around and that they have more items to choose from. I will definetly buy more when I find extra cash in my budget.
