Perfect for my needs

Quality is outstanding, and the size is perfect for my needs - to carry a small Macbook and charger, along with mouse and various cables, essentially everything mission critical in a piece of personal carry-on luggage.
If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be the addition of two retention loops on the adjustable straps, as they are the loose ends simply dangle, and it would neaten the rucksack up if they were held.
