How Do I Care for My Leather?

Our leather is designed to be treated rough—used and abused—its true beauty comes out as it ages and develops a rich patina. Don’t worry about tossing your bag in the trunk or on the floor; it only gets better with use.

If you'd like to be proactive in the aging process, use leather lotion and protectors. Clean your leather with a soft, damp cloth and apply a leather conditioner periodically to keep it in top condition.

Is Your Leather Waterproof?

Our leather is naturally water-resistant, but it is not fully waterproof. While it can withstand light moisture or rain, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water. If your leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally and apply a leather conditioner to restore its natural oils.

It's perfect!

I've been researching black leather duffle bags for a few weeks now, and this one checks all the boxes for me:

- quality, Canadian made supple black leather, high-end zippers, lots of convenient storage compartments
- large enough to pack all my clothing, hair appliances, cosmetics for a weekend away (or perhaps a flight in the future :)
- sturdy hand and shoulder straps - excellent stitching
- the fact that I could do a 3 letter personalization was a definite plus!

Upon arrival, I stuffed it with a couple of throw pillows to resurrect the rectangular prism shape.

I did NOT get a matching travel case as some of the reviews indicated, but regardless, very happy with my purchase.

My new favourite duffel

Good quality leather, solid zippers, just enough pockets to keep things organized without getting lost, shoulder strap that looks like it could double as a belt in a pinch. Took a little longer to ship than I'd expected (a couple weeks), but I did add the monogram, and it arrived via Canada Post in perfect condition. Same with the free toiletry bag. Excellent quality. No regrets.
